At the beginning of August they were this tall:
About 7 or 8 feet judging by Daniel's height.
They are Definitely Taller than Daniel and Andrew,
Even when Andrew stands on his shoulder's!
In Fact, they are Taller Than Rebecca Standing on Daniel's shoulders!
This is a second row of sunflowers, with the previous row in the background. This picture was taken August 15th, 2012. You can see neither row is in blossom yet.
Less than Two Weeks Later, here are the same sunflowers in full bloom.
Amazing! I guess that is why they named this variety "Mammoth"!
