Makala is growing up! She just had her 15th birthday, so on Friday we headed to the Driver's License Bureau to get her Driver's Permit. It is hard to believe our Little Makala Roses is old enough to drive! She was excited that she passed the written test the first try, and her picture for her permit turned out very nice. Makala was thrilled to go and practice in the church parking lot with her Dad and then drive home from the church. Driver's Education is not required so she will practice with Mom and Dad for now. Congratulations Makala!
Wow! You don't have to have Driver's Ed in Missouri, eh? Crazy. That is a great DL picture.

ReplyDeleteHow fun to have such a neat picture on your permit. The picture of you and Andrew is gorgeous too. The church parking lot is where Grant started to learn too. Here they don't require Driver's Ed either, but you can take it from the College, so we had Grant take that after he had been driving with me for about 6 months because it cut down on the insurance here for him to pay.
